Colocation Onboarding: What New Customers Need to Know

Data Center Access
If you are colocating at our Orem (slc1) Data Center and do not setup access in advance, each person requiring access to the Data Center will need to setup their Access Card at the West Valley (slc2) Data Center. If access is setup in advance, and the ACA is filled out and a valid photo is attached, we will meet you onsite at our slc1 facility with your Access Card Badge and will complete enrollment there. This will need to be scheduled with our team.
Power
Voonami does not include PDU’s as part of your service. If you’d like to purchase PDU’s directly from Voonami, please email our sales team at sales@voonami.com. You are also welcome to provide your own PDU’s if you prefer.
Please see the table below for the receptacle information that corresponds to the power-related service on your order.
When you’re ready, please contact our support team to coordinate a time for them to meet you and plug in your power.

This information will be delivered to you via email once we have finalized the setup of your order. Please keep an eye out for this!

- Maximum Mounting Depth: 36.02inches(915.0mm, 91.49cm)
- Cold air is supplied to the front of the cabinet.
Cross Connects
If your order includes a cross connect, you'll need to request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your provider. We'll need this in hand before we're able to run the connection.
