To use Zimbra in Microsoft Outlook you will need to download and install the Zimbra Outlook Connector. Here are links to the installer:

Step-by-step guide
- Download the Zimbra Outlook Connector installer.
- Run the installer.
a. Click Next to begin installation
b. Accept the license installation
c. Finish installation - Open Outlook, for Profile Name select Zimbra and click OK.
- Enter your Zimbra Configuration Settings:
a. Server Name: zimbra.voonami.com
b. Use Secure Connection: Yes
c. Enter your Full Email Address and Password in the appropriate field. - Click Ok (all other settings remain default).
- Outlook will sync with zimbra.voonami.com and download email.
- You can now send and receive from Outlook with your Zimbra account.
